Returns
We offer free returns to customers in the European Union countries.

To return one or more items from the order, they must meet all of the following conditions:

The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

The items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and unwashed.

Footwear should be placed inside its original shoe box and packed to prevent any damage during transportation. L’ORMA reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. If items do not meet the stated return conditions, they will be returned to the original address, and a refund will not be processed. To avoid this, please email us at info@lorma.lt to address any issues or concerns regarding the item(s) you wish to return.
Returns Process
Step 1
Email us at info@lorma.lt to inform us about your decision to return goods.
Step 2
You will receive information from us with instructions within 1-3 business days on how to return the item. Please check your spam and junk folders if you can't find this email.
Step 3
Follow the provided instructions or use the Omniva service as agreed.
Exchanges
L’ORMA does not offer direct exchanges. Please return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once the returned shoes have been quality checked and approved, L’ORMA will issue a refund to the original payment method and send you a confirmation email. After we receive the returned product, refunds can take up to 5 business days to process. Your financial institution may also take additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
